RMIT Introduction to Interpreting Skill Set Information Session

Join us for this in-person information session to learn more about the RMIT Introduction to Interpreting Skill Set course.

We will be joined by Ya-Ping Kuo, Program Coord Edu Support & Language, RMIT and Francesca Cimarelli, Senior Operations Manager, NAATI, who will share details about the Introduction to Interpreting Skill Set course and career pathways available after completing the course.

The information session is open to candidates who:

  • Live in Victoria (this is an in-person session).
  • Speak English and one of the following languages: Albanian, Bangla, Chichewa, Hakha Chin, Hakka Chinese, Hazaragi, Hmong, Kirundi, Kurdish Kurmanji, Lingala, Macedonian, Nuer, Pashto, Rohingya and Ukrainian.
  • Are an Australian Citizen or have permanent residency (consideration will be given to people seeking asylum).

There will be light refreshments available and the opportunity to engage with other interested candidates and course representatives.

Registrants for the information session will be reviewed. Eligible registrants will be formally invited by 2M to attend the information session.
