Finally, we unpack the need for ultra-fast messaging in emergency settings, with a case study featuring Emergency Management Victoria.

This webinar is designed for city councils, health services, Victorian state departments, and all corporate and community organisations who are engaging with CALD stakeholders.

Grace Zhou – Head of Language Access

Grace leads CALD language projects and tenders with detailed attention to achieving culturally sensitive and linguistically accurate outcomes. Grace applies her experience to provide advice on culturally appropriate approaches to ensure information reaches communities within a timely manner and through the correct channels. Grace is a NAATI-certified French <> English and German > English translator and interpreter.
